Perched atop the serene village of Sandsend stands Sandfield House, our exquisite 4-bedroom holiday retreat. Offering two contrasting vistas of the North East Coast and verdant landscapes, this stunning abode is a sanctuary for those seeking a break from the mundane and a taste of luxury, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
Accommodating up to eight guests, the house boasts four bedrooms - three regal King rooms and one cozy Twin. Each bedroom features its own private en-suite, with two of them boasting luxurious baths. A coveted race may ensue to claim the King bedroom on the top floor, complete with a roll top bath positioned proudly in the Velux balcony window overlooking the sea.
Meticulously decorated to the highest standards, Sandfield House exudes sophistication and attention to detail at every turn. Whether you prefer solitude with a good book on the landing or socializing with loved ones in the thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, this haven transports you to a realm of tranquility you never knew you needed.

Stable Cottage
Stable cottage is the perfect retreat for families, friends or couples wanting to meet for a UK staycation.
Upon entering the cottage you will be welcomed by a light airy hallway with store cupboard, downstairs shower room, toilet and sink. Leading from the hallway is the open plan kitchen/diner and living room.
The sofas provide a comfortable setting after a long day exploring where you can kick back and relax watching the TV whilst tea is cooking in the background. The modern kitchen provided has all the appliances needed for a basic breakfast to a full evening meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer,washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine. You are also welcome to use the onsite tennis at the caravan park. Double doors lead from the open plan lounge/kitchen to an outside garden/patio area which is the perfect way to start your morning or end your evening.
Leading upstairs you come to a light airy landing where you will find the bedrooms and main bathroom. Sleeping 4 people the cottage consists of 1 x Twin bedroom and 1 x Double bedroom. The main bathroom is located between both bedrooms with bath, toilet and shower.
Parking is also available.However, on a bus route that runs every 30 minutes you should have no need to use the car to be able to explore Whitby and surrounding area.

The Old Cutter Shed

The Old Cutter Shed is the perfect place for a coastal retreat. The once old shed for storing the Caravan parks tools has now been converted into a stunning one bedroom property that sleeps up to 2 guests and allows you to bring your beloved dog.
Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed into the open plan living/dining and kitchen area where you will feel instant peace.
The open plan space has been made to make you feel instant comfort after a day of exploring or rambling the coastal paths of the North East Coast. A large flat screen smart TV sits above the dining table so you can catch up on your favourite shows or simply listen to the news whilst making a morning drink. Modern appliances work perfectly with the countryside style and the house retains its charm with beautiful, exposed windows and little cubby holes to let the natural light fall into the room. You'll have everything you need for a stay in The Old Cutter Shed as the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and toaster. You are also welcome to use the onsite facilities of the caravan park such as the washing and drying machines of which tokens are in included and tennis court. An added bonus is that a sandy wet walk on the beach can always be challenging with a dog, but we have the fantastic dog shower with warm running water to give your pooch the 5-star treatment they deserve. The bedroom is a comfy and welcoming room with elegant furnishings. The bathroom is modern and bright featuring a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
